    Lean on me...Nacmac style...

    At my son's French immersion school, it's tradition every year for the parents of the graduating class (grade 6) to embarrass their kids with a lip sync performance at the end of the graduation ceremony. I was in charge of organizing the parents this year, choosing a song, arranging practices, and whipping up some choreography. It was a huge hit, and we absolutely brought down the house. Here I am as "lead singer" for Club Nouveau's "Lean on me", complete with hairbrush mic and platform boots. Ha.

    My baby boy left for his first day of Junior High this morning. *sniffle* Every day we laugh 'til our sides hurt. We sing like idiots. We dance around the house. We top each other's fart jokes. Never stop having fun with your kids. You will be rewarded with love and respect and with kids who will come to you with whatever's on their mind. (And every kid in the neighbourhood will wanna hang out at your house and clean out every food particle in your fridge. Yikes.)

I took my Boston Terrier to the vet this morning to be neutered. On the way there my five-year-old daughter informed me: "Joe's gonna have ZERO balls, Mom!!!"

Edit: He's home now. Yep. Zero balls.
