The disks contain gentle microdermabrasion action on one side and conditioning moisturizers on the other side. You simply wet your face. Then you use the microdermabrasion side to exfoliate and remove dead skin. Afterwards, you turn the disk over and wet the moisturizing side and use it to massage your face. Rinse and pat dry and apply your usual moisturizer. Immediately, my skin looked brighter and it was definitely smoother. I have been using these disks for 1 week now and my skin feels absolutely awesome. They do not irritate my skin or leave it dry. I'm loving it!
