By not rating the page SU doesn't really "know" you've already been to it. So just rate the page, and there will be not more duplicate pages sent to you. Not that hard. Easier than reporting pages as duplicates - which they are not. There isn't two of whatever.com being shown to you. SU is just showing it to you again because you haven't expressed an opinion on the page so as soon as you do that, it will not be seen again.
