Alllllllrighty then. I'm expecting the announcement from the U.N. any day now that Japan has been renamed "WTF Island."

The following segment is truly mesmerizing. I'm sure it's part of some learning English program but beyond that I think any other explanation would just ruin the, uhhh, magic?

Cool! Erinoia's back! Datura's back! I'm returning! It's like old home week for us veteran Stumblers! I hope I do well in the running for homecoming king. *fingers crossed* (Well, not right now or else I couldn't type this.)

Why back in my day, when we Stumbled, we had to write the address down by hand and mail it into StumbleUpon. Then we'd wait 4 to 6 weeks to see if our link was accepted. You could include a SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) if you wanted your submission back, because that was the only way to keep track of your Stumbles. Then the StumbleUpon gods would chisel into stone and punch cards your website and whether you gave it a thumbs down. Yup. We didn't even have a thumbs up then. In fact, we had just gained opposable thumbs.

Well, there... I added an entry to start 2006. I'm still out here on the intarwebs stumbling and giving sites the old thumbs. I've been sort of quiet on here lately, haven't I? Oh, almost forgot...
