I\'m getting very engrossed with the books by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. He is all about truth.

We have a tv show called Lie To Me about an expert on reading people, gestures, tics, and other clues to what someone is thinking which is often at odds with what they\'re saying verbally. The show is based on a real life man named Paul Ekman, and he, too, is about truth. I have one of his books (Telling Lies: Clues to Deceit in the Marketplace, Politics, and Marriage...)
, one of the Dalai Lama\'s books (How to See Yourself As You Really Are), and now I have a book that is a dialogue between Ekman and the Dalai Lama (Emotional Awareness: Overcoming the Obstacles to Psychological Balance and Compassion).

This should prove very interesting.

Another interesting thing is that the Dalai Lama studies quantum physics in addition to metaphysics.
