Yet another reason why total surveillance is a horrible idea. A journalist reporting on the ineffecitveness of traffic cameras was tracked using some super secret info database and cops attempted to frame him for DUI. Thank god the transmissions weren't encrypted. Wonder how much shit like this goes on in places like Texas, where they are.
