My History 400 Proposal Passed!!!!! I will be graduating! There is a light at the end of the tunnel! Now to write 25+ pages on the history of feminism and cookbooks- it's a lot more interesting then it sounds, promise!

What's everyone's favorite free HTML editor? I am loooking for one that handles CSS and possibly PHP in one application. I have tried Note Tab Light, but it was riddled with spyware, and I had to uninstall it. I have also tried TSW WebCoder, but in order to use the help files you have to *purchase* the product! Ridiculous! Any suggestions?
