Jasmine Grandiflorum from India with Moraccan Clay
Jasmine grandiflorum flowers grown in India - also known as 'Royal' Jasmine. This is an exceptionally fine example of the classic Jasmine aroma. Jasmine is a component of most of the world's fine perfumes for a good reason. The Jasmine used in this soap is absolute and produced from jasmine blossoms, it is simply intoxicating , with the addition of Morrocan Red Clay and some fresh goats milk , it makes this soap an excellent moisturizing and cleansing facial soap

Now go wash your face!

This is a free public service announcement to remind you to remove all of the crap that you may end up painting your face with tonight BEFORE you pass out. Simply put, the el cheapo grease-based makeup you buy at the drugstore will wreak havoc on your skin. (Unless you bought some of this grease-free Alcone stuff…) Anyhoo, what you want to do is bust out the big guns:CHECK THIS OUT

A high performance cleanser–yes, this would actually be the time to use your old school cold cream; wash once more with an NATURAL HANDCRAFTED SOAP; and finish with a swab of witch hazel toner. Apply a smidge of moisturizer or blemish fighting weapon (depending on your skin type) at your discretion.

Take it from someone who fell asleep in zombie makeup once and woke up with skin that was acutely more gruesome than it was with the paint on. You’ll thank me later.

This is a wonderful soap made from lots of great oils from the amazon. This is a great soap for all skin types, but excellent for dry skin. Almond Oil is an outstanding humectant with natural water-retention properties, it is an oil extracted from the seeds of sweet almonds and used as an emollient. Almond Oil is an emollient which prevents dehydration of skin, it is often used to treat very dry skin. Avocado Oil soothes and softens it is rich in vitamins A, D and E; contains proteins, lecithin and amino acids. This highly therapeutic oil is said to have healing and regenerating properties.
Coconut Oil is the natural oil derived from coconuts, acts as a surfactant and has good cleansing properties.Hazelnut Oil , reduces oiliness, refines pores, normalizes and heals. Hazelnut Oil is moisturizing, easily absorbed by the skin. Palm Oil is from the fruit of a palm tree. When used in soaps, palm oil creates a hard, long lasting bar of soap that is mild and cleanses well. Palm oil has similar characteristics to tallow in soaps, and has been used in soap-making since about 1850

There have been some pretty cool conversations going on in Twitter about Botox. And I cannot believe the number of people - gorgeous people - who are much younger than me, that get Botox. So I wonder, is everyone really doing Botox?

The talk of Botox came up in Twitter as a beautiful beauty blogger Lianne was about to get her first dose. That very same day, a random woman invited me to her Botox party. So, Lianne is the same age as me, and I obviously look like I could use some, as a near stranger thought I should have a bit of Botox too. I think I might do it. Well, at least I am making an appointment to see what the good doctor has to say. I bring also My soaps with me the botox lady also has to have some Natural and good to take of the bruises of botox injentions

Chef and Naturalist Team Up to Create Natural Hand Crafted Soap
Edited by Liisa Sullivan
Wed, 28 May 2008, 10:31:20 EDT

RALEIGH, N.C., May 28 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) -- What do you get when you combine a chef and a naturalist? No, it's not a trick question. The result is beautifully handcrafted soap from Natural Handcrafted Soap, a Raleigh, N.C.-based company. "Making soap is a lot like cooking," Nick, co-owner of Natural Handcrafted Soap, explains. "It requires blending ingredients and getting just the right balance."

Nick's partner, who hails from Brazil, was handed down recipes from her grandmother that included natural ingredients from the rain forest for soaps that really make a difference on one's skin.

"It was a natural relationship for us to come together to create these wonderfully-natural soap products."

All soaps are handmade. "Some even include herbs from our personal garden," Nick adds.

These old-fashioned, handcrafted natural soaps are created in small batches using a variety of natural oils, butters and botanicals from many of the world's regions ranging from the rain forests of Brazil and the hills of Italy, to the Provencal countryside of France and ancient Egypt.

The soaps are different from many others on the market in that they are "super sudsy" and leave skin feeling velvety soft. This feature is attributed to the 100 percent natural essential and fragrance oils that are used.

Generally, commercial soaps found at a local grocery store, are filled with chemical additives that not only dry out skin, but can lead to rashes and other irritations. This, in part, is due to synthetic additives and the removal of glycerin.

When using natural soaps, people will enjoy moisturizing, healing benefits, and exfoliating properties. This is made possible through the use of herbs, butters, spices and natural botanicals. Each bar of natural soap is hand-cut and hand packed.

"We do it all," Nick says.

These natural soaps are crafted using natural herbs, spices and clays; they contain no artificial ingredients. Ingredients include, but are not limited to: olive oil, grape seed oil, mango butter, lavender oil, Egyptian geranium, cinnamon, and rose clay. Naturally occurring glycerin is also present.
