Sometimes I wish I could go back to my childhood. I sometimes do not remember it being as horrific as my siblings do. I did hate being picked on for being poor.
I didn't mind the way we lived.

Later in life, I was glad for the times we lived without running water, electricity and indoor bathroom. I didn't mind the one time we took a shower using a large metal container with water poured in. It had flaws but I was happy. I wasn't so happy with the long walk to the out house.
However, I did not miss the lack of TV.

And God must have been watching out for me for all those times I never got lost in the North Woods.

I found a free radio show. LIVE TALK TUESDAY radio show!! I would recommend it for all. (all home school families) Of course, if you don't home school you might like checking out the show for interesting guests.

We have no power on the block. :-(
I wonder when it will be back on?

I wonder if our fridge food ill stay good until then? I wonder if we have enough gas?

It's just lots of rain.

I'm more worried about the other house. :-( REALLY WORRIED! What if it floods or needs fixed. Roof tiles? I know nothing of roofing!
