So, you are an early 20th century mother in London and you're worried that your baby isn't getting enough smog, pollution and clouded over sunlight. You certainly don't have time to venture outside on busy days so what to do, what to do...ahh, I know!

Elderly lady embarks on a dangerous hobby of hand-feeding wild bears in her backyard and ends up as dinner herself. While this woman sounds sweet and well-meaning, this: "The night before her death, Munson planned to feed an injured baby bear hard-boiled eggs and yogurt, another former tenant said. And she had planned to swat a large bear that was bothering the baby bear with a broom. " and the fact that she was told by wildlife experts NOT to do this pretty much insured she would be the main course. At least she was kind enough to provide appetizers first.

*Warning--this video isn't easy to watch, but not too graphic.*

Columbus, Ohio police are caught on camera phone throwing a frail 87-year old woman to the ground in a parking lot. The woman was walking with a cane but supposedly had hit a young boy and was waving a knife around. Naturally, someone called 911 since the woman was a danger to others and herself. She seems disoriented and confused when the police show up and does not respond to their commands.

This was their reaction.

This needs to go viral NOW. There is absolutely no defense for this sort of brutality. The "perpetrator" is an elderly woman is obviously confused and frightened. How difficult would it have been for one of the officers to walk up behind her and take the knife from her peacefully?

The title of the video is "Beatdown at Walmart" but to me this a flat-out assault.

Okay, I know it would be tacky and callous to snark on such a tragic event so I won't...I won't say anything about Oompa Loompas or Death by Chocolate or that being the Most Delicious Death ever. I also won't wonder aloud if they'll bury this poor guy in foil with a small tag sticking out of the top with his name on it.

I won't do any of the above. There. I feel better already.

Perhaps the building designers in Shanghai should stop using Play-Doh to build houses?
