yeah, it's a cat.. my cat. He's a big old Russian Blue, about 3 feet tall when he stands up and can jump at least 6 feet in one leap. He likes to sit and stare at people very intensely and can look quite menacing - he scares repairmen, delivery people and various guests - these are qualities that I like in a cat.

Two vids from the Morrissey show on Oct. 28th:

Jack the Ripper and Please, Please, Please Let Me Get What I Want

He sounded great and I actually think I enjoyed seeing him more now than I did years..and years ago. The Moz fan boys were still in full effect but they were a bit toned down - I only spotted one bunch of gladiolas :) I didn't appreciate the show until a few days later, after seeing some bits on YouTube, partly due to the fact that Morrissey kept the audience waiting for about 3 hours before getting on with it and it was general admission which meant standing for 4 and a half hours with sweaty strangers pressed against me. *tips for people planning to press themselves up against strangers: pay particular attention to hygeine, please. If you're going to breathe on the back of my neck, don't eat a bulb of garlic beforehand. If you wedge yourself against me, don't shoot me looks everytime my bag bumps your arm and last but not least when you have three inches of space around you don't flail around and dance like a moron. Anyway, yeah the show was good. heh.

Oh and speaking of Morrissey, I thought Chloe Sevigny's Halloween costume - Joan of Arc with a nod to The Smith's - was pretty clever:

Hey peeps, I'm back. The thing about being a hardcore introvert is that you think nothing of disappearing for a week or more :D Thanks to everyone that sent messages of concern and 'where the hell are you?' :D Sorry if I worried anyone. I just took a little break from the internet and emails and phones.. caught up on some movies and reading, saw Morrissey on Sunday (very good show). It was nice, I highly recommend it :)

No but seriously, I have way too many unanswered messages in my inbox and I doubt I'll get around to answering them any time soon. See, all the new ones that come in send the older ones pages away and it's a pain in the ass sorting through all the spam and the 'hi's' to get to the ones that I want to answer. Then, when I do start answering them, I get bored with it after about 10 minutes - you know what I mean - just keeping it real :) So, anyway sorry for being crap at responding, it's nothing personal (unless you're a weirdo/spammer/internet dickwad [see below] then yeah, it's personal)

Stumbleupon Annoyance Level Quiz :D

1) I have sent any of the following to random stumblers: *inspirational* stories or poetry, song lyrics, glittery/flashing graphics. *10 points *Add 5 points if any of the preceding things took up an entire page of the persons inbox. Add 10 points if it was lyrics to Barry Manilow's 'I Made It Through the Rain' complete with accompanying 'person standing in the rain' photo.

2) I regularly send messages to strangers that consist soley of the words 'hi', 'hey', 'hello','buh', 'whoah', 'daaaaaaamn', etc leaving the burden of any conversation on them. It's also a timesaver, the shorter the message, the more stumblers I can send it to. *10 points

3) When I disagree with a stumblers posts, I don't hesitate to contact them and let them know, since simply thumbing it down and moving on can't possibly clearly convey my opinion. *20 points

4) I dislike art/humor/satire/tech/political/opinion blogs, so I regularly take the time to negatively review stumblers with art/humor/satire/tech/political/opinion blogs. *10 points

5) I believe not enough people use the thumbs down button, which is why my blog consists of nothing except crap sites and blogs which I review at length to make clear the reason for my thumbs down.. it's like a guide to everything you probably don't want to see. *10 points

6) I give new meaning to the term "junk mail" by sending random stumblers full frontal crotch shots, complete with size info. *50 points

7) I regularly contact female stumblers with offers of cybersex, piXXX, and/or descriptions of my sexual prowess. I'll also ask them for their pics and im info - after all, they're female and they're online - what else could they be here for? *50 points

8) When I send a message and don't get a response right away, I make sure to follow through with another ..and another.. if it's longer than 3 days I make sure to let them know how rude they are *20 points

9) I like to review stumblers avatars and include their photo on my porn filled blog - I don't usually ask since I'm sure they don't mind having their photo featured between a blow job and a close up crotch shot. *40 points

10) My blog consists mainly of photos and art (which I often describe as 'amazing! or 'gorgeous!') and the occassional review.. hey, if you're looking for something to read, go get a book.. *10 points

if you scored 20 - 30 points - you're a little more annoying than most people, you might want to work on that.
