A useful resource website for women that have moved from their 'native' or usual land. I am still trying to understand the meaning of 'expat' a word derivative from 'expatriate' if a person does not have a true country of origin per se...regardless, I am happy to see this website for women exist!

To have what would be 'Humanistically' or 'Sociologically' defined as 'Civilization' is to have a set of Morals, Morays and Values of which the behavior of the members of the 'Civilization' adhere too...The rules of War, just as any other human behavior are subjected to such codes...without them; there is no true definition of a Soldier...for example, I ask what difference is there in the behavior of a 'Warrior' and a 'Mercenary?' Mercenaries are more or less contract killers out for a reward for themselves in the end...the modern examples are numerous.
