Here is a damn fine point: the Western post-colonial regime has a very lengthy history of associating people of colour with a criminalisation (just like the Nazis, in actual fact, albeit not to the same extent or methodology) of revolutionary politics—the black man is the ‘socialist’ out to dispossess the right of its traditional fear-based hegemony.
