<b>To the Italian Spring Onion:</b> If you bother to check a language guide (as I have just done) then you&#039;ll find that both are perfectly correct - with the US favouring your version, and Europe favouring mine... And I didn&#039;t block your comment - my spam filter (Askimet) blocked it because you entered your name as &#039;Anonymous&#039;. Calling somebody you don&#039;t know a &#039;dick&#039; and tagging them &#039;dumbass&#039; is a little rude too, don&#039;t you think?<br /><br /><br />

@gmpilot: Perhaps you&#039;ve misunderstood the aim of the article? It was my intention from the start to educate other designers on ways to handle problem clients. Surely that&#039;s good for the clients, rather than demeaning towards them?</p>
