The Homeland Security issue is a bunch of blarney. I read this as a power ploy by DoD. How do you see it? Don't the people have the right to veto this kind of crap?

I have an issue with the labels. My issue being the religious nuts and their god issue and those who form groups which are equal but opposite nuts who are called atheists. Surely I don't believe in god, but I do believe in me. Does that make me an atheist or does it make me my own god? Me thinks the latter is preferable and I don't have to have anyone follow my nut pattern or join a group to qualify myself or have others agree. Bah on it all.

I must add that I do get a jolly listening to Dawkins as well as reading him.

Once you get past the humor, you will see the message. It is a truly important message.

It would seem that Sir Ken Robinson was wrong in regard to Jonas Salk creating the following quote. How do I know? I looked it up. Perhaps Salk was paraphrasing Wilson and Robinson didn't know.

A decline in the mortgage rates will equate for disaster later. Does not anyone see this? When purchasing power is low and jobs are uncertain, why borrow that which you may not be able to pay? It looks like swindle for later foreclosure. Please correct me if I am wrong.
