Obviously everyone may have a different opinion on what could be included/excluded, but this is as good as any selection!

After all, it includes a lot of our favorites, Firefox, K-Meleon, GIMP, OpenOffice, etc.

We would have added IrfanView because of the beauty of its simplicity-functionality combo. For small tasks, you can finish your task with IrfanView before some of the bigger imaging programs even finish loading into main memory :-)
