They do not disclose their methodology for including or excluding certain polls. They'll just include some polls and not others, also their expiration dates for the value of polls included in their projections are very inconsistent and follow no discernible pattern.

Really, pollster.com or fivethirtyeight.com blow RCP out of the water when it comes to their stats.
