It's quite similar to the page that correlates everyone's Livejournal moods to graph out "how LJ feels" as a whole... same difference...

So what's wrong with this? Well, first off, they've only got like 22 moods... LJ has more than 100 moods... while some of them could be consolidated (and for the "how LJ feels" thing, I think they are) it's nice to be able to say you feel Refreshed OR rejuvenated (which could be the same thing, or different depending on how you feel about those words)...
