switch32763 - Seriously. End users don't search for drivers, they use the disc that came with their product. Techy users don't use websites like this, they go to the manufacturer's website or search if they need to. What the hell is the user base this is serving?

Nevermind being a scam.

DaveCrompton - After I ran this so called "Driver Detective" I had several problems with my PC; The Inbox of Outlook Express had emptied, also the application no longer downloaded any emails. Double clicking on some icons caused the Search box to open instead of opening the folder. Coincidence? I don't know but I won't be using "Driver Defective" again. It took me ages to sort out these problems, does not merit even one star! All I wanted to do was backup my files. I tried to copy files to my Samsung Pendrive, but got the message "Drive is write-protected". Read somewhere I need a driver for it, tried to find one got "Driver Detective" instead. In fact I don't need a driver I'm running Windows XP, but it's a Time PC and the USB ports are just wierd, allowing some devices to work but others to not work. As far as downloading emails in Outlook Express is concered, I haven't sorted that out yet, I guess I'll have to reinstall it. Sorry I'm rambling....

slowmo - Just reading the features will put me off: - Improved user interface from updating (yeah, so it was crap, now it's less crap, we won't tell you that the program is supposed to be user friendly like all other windows applications but instead we tell you it has improved ) - integrated customer support tools (well, i'm surprised that you're offering CS for a PAID tool.. well done! heh) - tested and proven driver technology (wow, with what?) - safe and secure using .net technology (come on, this is an oxymoron)
