camelot2302 - How to complain - British style. Direct and in your face. None of that American "have a nice day!" crap. I've written plenty of letters like this in the past to my great amusement and satisfaction.

FinnMcCool - This, my friends, is a complaint letter. None of this 'politeness' or 'understanding' swill of which we hear so much (usually from the mouthpieces of the very organizations against which we would write such prose), simply a statement of facts, with a healthy serving of the purest hatred.

Spygirly -
NTL Complaints Letter
This is a real but hilarious letter of complaint that was actually sent to the ISP NTL corporation. After being so sick of my own connection and service with NTL I'm finally going to do something about their inadequete service. I'm not sure if I have the bottle to complain in this manner even though I'd very much like to.

If like me, you are a dissatisfied NTL customer you really should read this.
