I eventually contacted blogstudios.com, and the person there told me it wasn't her problem and said she'd sue me for libel if I left negative reviews anywhere. So avoid this place. They'll steal your money and then just be nasty about it. Rachel Doyle is the designer who never delivered, so avoid her in particular. I got an email from her 3 weeks after I bought it to tell me she'd been on vacation and was behind, and then that was it.
