While it doesn't integrate itself in KDE as well as Kopete does (for obvious reasons), it is the more advanced client (at least comparing it to the 3.5 series version of Kopete). Currently it uses evolution's address book for meta contact info, while Kopete uses Kaddress book, so that is about the only differentiating feature that was of interest on the Kopete side.
