I click on the button to change my SU settings and it sends me to this stupid site. WTF?! SU gave my email and info to another company? Why would they do this? To my surprise it was to provide "customer service"! I'm sure I am not the only one who feels pushed off by this. One customer service rep trying to answer thousand of pissed off customers questions and concerns about the "NEW Improved SU". I think this is a sign that SU is starting to fade. Looks like most of these comments are falling on deaf ears. I don't log on to SU to check comments about SU, it's a self defeating distraction that turns off more people than it helps. Get with the program people! You had a good thing going and this will help you lose more than you will ever gain with "the new SU".
